Symptoms are just signs, messages from our cells that something is out of balance, that something is off, that it needs extra support to perform it’s trillions of super-intelligent functions.
In the same way you wouldn’t ignore a baby crying (especially your own baby), don’t ignore it when your body cries out for help.
It will ALWAYS prioritize survival, but that does not mean it will always THRIVE. It will do what it has to do to keep you alive, but it will communicate with you to let you know when it’s struggling. Initially this communication will be subtle, but as time goes on, if it doesn’t get the support it needs, the communication will get louder and louder.
Assess your symptoms and listen to what they’re telling you. Do you get headaches or migraines? Do you have low energy? Do you have sub-optimal digestive function? What about low libido? Infertility? Joint pain?
That’s your body saying “I’ve worked so hard for you, but I can’t keep this up much longer”. Tend to it lovingly and enjoy experiencing how it bounces back!!
