Functional Medicine & Health Coaching - A powerful combination

Updated: Sep 19, 2019

Studying Functional Medicine is by far the best decision I’ve made for my career as a Health Coach. It’s taken so much of the guesswork out of what is driving my clients’ symptoms.

It requires digging deep to figure out WHY people are struggling to lose weight, why they have acne, low energy, high blood pressure, blood sugar or cholesterol, why they have “unexplained” pain, tingling and numbness, why they can’t fall asleep or stay asleep, why they experience anxiety, depression and brain fog, why their hormones seem to be all over the place or why they struggle with ongoing constipation, diarrhea, bloating or cramping.

Instead of telling people to eat more broccoli and to exercise more - which is important - determining and addressing the root cause of whatever is driving a symptom or condition and then applying targeted, individualized remedies is key to helping people to return to vibrant health.

I’m passionately in love with my work, my calling and coaching those I serve to be happy, healthy and whole!
