3 things that contribute to inflammation and ultimately, disease

Updated: Sep 19, 2019

The recipe for combating disease is to curb inflammation, which is driven by crap food, high stress and toxicity.⁣ It’s way more simple than we believe, but because it’s simple, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s easy.⁣ Crap food is EVERYWHERE and it requires deliberately planning your meals and choosing nourishing options so that you don’t fall victim to the grab-and-go eat-crap way of life that is synonymous with the Standard American Diet (SAD).⁣ Doctor’s offices are filled with highly stressed people presenting with a myriad of symptoms. Everyone talks about “stress management”, but what about the single mom, the overworked dad trying to provide for his family, the caregiver of an elderly, demented parent? The list goes on and on. These conditions and circumstances are real and can’t be “managed” or removed, so people feel hopeless in managing their stress. Stress “management” should be called “mind management”, “thought management” or “perception management”, because you can’t always control what happens to you, but you get to control how you show up for it!⁣ And lastly, toxins of all kinds surround us every minute of every day, from our water supply, to our personal care products, to our home cleaning products, to the air we breathe, to the water we drink and food we eat. It’s not possible to avoid all toxins at all times, but there are things you can do to minimize exposure.⁣ But the key here is to do these things NOW, before symptoms arise or a diagnosis is delivered. Not sure where to start? Pm me or drop me an email and let’s talk about what you want most for your health and life!⁣
