Mindfulness and Self-Care
The relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you will ever have.
I believe that wellness goes beyond food. We live busy, stressful lives, we're constantly bombarded by people vying for our attention and we never seem to have sufficient hours in a day to do all that needs to be done.
True wellness is a daily practice of taking care of ourselves, taking ME-time and having a meaningful Spiritual Practice for our daily dose of love, calm, "groundedness" and inspiration, whether that is meditation, prayer, yoga or whatever method you prefer. I know that I'm calmer, more patient, more motivated and certainly more loving when I take time for myself.
